4.1 Any descriptions of our services, example projects, prices or day rates shown on this website are for general guidance only and do not form a binding offer. we charge an additional £0.50 per mile outside of London and surrounding home counties
4.2 To receive a binding quote, you must contact us directly and provide accurate information about your property and requirements. We may need to visit the property or review plans or drawings before confirming a quote.
4.3 All quotes are subject to our separate service agreement or booking confirmation, which will set out the specific scope of work, price, payment terms, timings and any special conditions.
4.4 We reserve the right to refuse any project or booking at our discretion.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1 Any prices or day rates shown on this website (for example, starting from £350 per day for painting and decorating, or pricing for 3D rendering) are indicative only and may change at any time without notice.
5.2 The final price for any project or service will be confirmed in writing in your quote or service agreement.
5.3 Where we take payments online (for example, deposits, bookings or purchases), additional terms may apply at checkout. You must review and agree to those terms before completing any online payment. (mileage radius etc)
6. Cancellations and Changes
6.1 If you wish to cancel or change a booking or project after accepting a quote, you must contact us as soon as possible using the contact details above.
6.2 Any right to cancel, and any charges that may apply, will be set out in your quote or service agreement and will comply with applicable UK consumer law where relevant.
6.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, illness, extreme weather, supply issues or access problems). We will always try to give you as much notice as possible and agree a new date.
7. Access, Property Conditions and Client Responsibilities
7.1 You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed times, including any parking or entry arrangements.
7.2 You must inform us of any known issues that may affect the work, such as damp, structural problems, asbestos, or other hazards.
7.3 You are responsible for securing your own belongings and valuables before work begins. We will take reasonable care but are not responsible for normal wear and tear or minor cosmetic marks that may occur as part of decorating works.
8. Guarantees and Liability for Our Services
8.1 We aim to provide high-quality workmanship and a professional service. Any guarantees or warranties for our work will be set out in your quote or service agreement.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
8.3 Subject to clause 8.2, we will not be liable for:
